As the change of competition environment and customers' need, it is an inevitable choice of modern enterprise to enhance the competition advantage,that the business process is considered thoroughly and redesigned entirely to reenginee a new one.Accompany with the entry of WTO and the increased production centralization ,the competition among the domestic and abroad coal industry enterprises becomes intense gradually. The Zikuang Company has to reform and reengineer the business process to strengthen the competition and innovation ability. The creative work is as follow:(1) Based on the analysis of internal and external environment and competitiveness,the necessity of implementing BPR(business process reengineering) is proved. The premise of BPR is also analyzed, thus the feasibility of Zikuang's BPR is confirmed.(2) According to the analysis of company competitiveness, AHP is used in the importance ranking of the main business process. And then,the purchasing process, technology safety management process and marketing management process are chosen to reengineer.(3) The problems and disadvantages of these three process are analyzed by the theory and method of BPR. And the simplified, quick, flexible and high-efficient business process is reengineered which adapt the company's development. Furthermore, the comparison between the former and later business process is analyzed.(4) The organization structure and process running mechanism is redesigned to meet the new business process's need.The organization structure of flow management is built and the running mechanism of internal market is introduced.In a word, the thesis guides the internal reform of Zikuang Company.And it is also a reference for other coal company to implement BPR.
