Research On The Business Process Reengineering In XuZhou Power Supply Company

As an active reform, Business Process Reengineering (BPR), which can facilitate corporation's running efficiency and competence, has been welcomed by more and more scholars and also enterprises. Theoretical field paid highly close attention to BPR and carried out various practices.Focused on scientific researches, adopting the theoretical combined research method, this thesis makes a deep and careful survey on the management situation of power supply enterprises. Guided by proposing questions, analyzing issues and solving problems mathematics, firstly the thesis makes an overall description on the theoretical background of Business Process Reengineering, gives an analysis and introduction of the power supply industry reform, presents an analysis on the strategic transformation drive factors brought by the reform effect on the ambient environment of power supply enterprises, points out that the necessity of Business Process Reengineering under the new strategic mission. Meanwhile, it relates the actual running situation of power supply enterprises, proposes a Business Process Reengineering theoretical frame, apply this frame into operation. Moreover, this thesis also makes a deep analysis on the present running conditions of district power supply enterprises (Municipal power supply enterprises), development strategy, internal and external environment.
