Human resource is the key of enterprise survival and development of strategic resources. Hotel human resources is increasingly competitive, high staff turnover, increasing talent turnover, bring a lot of confusion hotel human resources management. Master proficient skills and a large number of customers hotel talent loss, not only make the hotel brand reputation and employee morale is affected, even directly affect the hotel’s long-term and stable development. The hotel human resources development and management become the primary problem of human resources management departments to study.In this paper, based on the tongchuan JT hotel as the research object, use of management, human resources development and management, public relations, such as theory, aiming at tongchuan JT hotel human resources management in the process of high staff turnover problems are analyzed and the research, proposed the tongchuan JT hotel management countermeasures and measures to solve the brain drain crisis. This paper through the tongchuan JT hotel is excessive erosion problems in human resources of thinking, further put forward the thesis research purpose and meaning; Second, the analysis of the current situation of tongchuan JT hotel human resources management of staffs loss phenomenon and the causes and thus, hotels, and to the society bring the negative influence of the individual; Again on the basis of the analysis of the situation, the tongchuan JT hotel staff turnover problems make further analysis from the aspects of improving employee satisfaction, and an important line for departments (front office) with food and beverage department staff turnover problems put forward some preventive measures. Finally, on the basis of summarizing the full text, the research conclusion and put forward further research problems.This article through to the present situation and the problems of tongchuan JT hotel brain drain research, put forward to improve employee satisfaction, some measures and methods to reduce staff turnover rate. These strategies can not only help for tongchuan JT hotel human resources management, and at the same time for the other hotel human resources management has the very good reference value.
