With consumers increasingly diversified, personalized and high-end orienteddemand for daily chemical products products, the daily chemical enterprises in Chinaare at the critical moment of intensifying market competition and consumptionupgrading transformation. As one of the leading daily chemical enterprises in China,Guangzhou LIBY Enterprise Group Co., Ltd (hereinafter called“LIBY”) is deeplyaware of employee incentive becomes the key to win competition in the market battle,but also become the constraints and bottlenecks which restrict the development of theenterprise. Due to strong heterogeneity of employee needs, how to accurately identifyemployee’s needs at present, to find the problems of existing enterprise employeesincentive management, and to enhance and complete employee incentive systemrelying on competition structure and corporation strategy which in order to stimulateemployee creativity, loyalty and engagement, has become enterprise’s key factor towin healthy and sustainable development.This thesis takes LIBY as example, on the basis of incentive theory andsatisfaction survey of2500employees on incentive management, the authorsystematically analyzes the LIBY employees’ actual overall demand and it’sdevelopment trend in terms of incentives; the problems existing in the currentemployee incentive system and its reasons. Then, the thesis designs the LIBYemployee incentive system from the principle, the goals, incentive contents, processand control management of incentive management and incentive effect evaluation. Atthe same time, the barriers and support factors of the implementation of employeeincentive system, and implementation effect evaluation and feedback of employeeincentive system are discussed in the thesis.Research conclusions of this thesis will effectively promote LIBY humanresources management especially when carried out in cooperation with alldepartments in employee incentive management. At the same time, the research hasimportant significance and reference value to employee incentive management inother rapid development of private enterprises, especially private enterprises in thepearl river delta or FMCG enterprises.
