With the acceleration of the globalization process and the government's implementation of the reform policies and policies of state-owned enterprises,the advantages of China's entrepreneurial enterprises,especially Internet entrepreneurial enterprises,in attracting talents and retaining talents are not obvious,and their capabilities need to be further improved.Talents and teams are the decisive factors for the success of a business.Therefore,it is the key to the success of a startup to develop an effective incentive mechanism to ensure the stability of talents and teams.Establishing employee incentive mechanism in Internet entrepreneurial enterprises has become the primary task of attracting and retaining talents,and is an important content that enterprises can create good benefits,improve core competitiveness,and ensure efficient and stable development.These start-up companies must not only compete with foreign companies for talent resources,but also compete with domestic mature enterprises for "talent competition."This paper consists of six chapters.This paper makes a detailed analysis of the composition and operation of J company's incentive agencies,and obtains first-hand information by means of questionnaires and interviews.Through in-depth analysis,the paper explores the loopholes in incentive measures of J company,further analyzes the causes of the problems,and finally gives feasible targeted optimization measures in line with the company's actual situation and current external environment.In view of the existing problems,this paper suggests that we should try to establish an incentive system that can deal with multiple risks and meet multiple needs by establishing a scientific and reasonable employee performance appraisal incentive mechanism,improving the compensation incentive mechanism,improving the employee training incentive system,establishing the employee promotion channel system,and establishing the non-material incentive mechanism.At the same time,pay attention to the shaping of cultural heritage,consolidate the "people-oriented" concept,lay the environmental foundation for the construction and application of incentive mechanism,tap the subjective initiative,truly realize the cohesion of the staff atmosphere of J company,and add more help for J company to stabilize its foundation and stand out in the background of fierce competition.
