HN Group is based on the transmission of cable television signal-based multi-service network operators,the main business includes television signal transmission,broadband,data network and so on.With the advancing of the country's "triple play" and the development of new media businesses,the market environment the Company has faced has been transformed from a partial monopoly to a fully competitive one,and the market competition has been gradually intensified.Therefore,HN Group Company not only faces the company's traditional business position guardian,but also faces the development of new business.Therefore,how to effectively motivate employees and maximize the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of employees is an important management issue now facing HN Group.In this paper,HN group incentives related issues as the object of analysis.The current status and incentive system of HN Group Company were introduced.Through the qualitative and quantitative research methods such as questionnaire and staff interviews,combined with the present management phenomena,this paper analyzes the current situation of employee motivation in HN Group Company,points out the problems in the company's incentive system.Such as the unscientific salary system of ordinary employees,difficulties in the introduction and retention of employees;the lack of salary promotion channels,the instability of the workforce and the low morale of employees;the lack of an incremental mechanism in the performance pay distribution so that the performance appraisal does not show a positive.A problem with the market incentive bonus calculation method,resulting in unbalanced business development,customer maintenance work can not be guaranteed,and then analyze the root causes of the problem and the real needs of employees.Based on the related theories of employee motivation,job satisfaction and fairness of distributive,this paper puts forward the corresponding improvement measures and reasonable suggestions for the existing problems in the motivation system of HN Group Corporation: to evaluate the positions of ordinary employees,evaluate the key positions.Focusing on the career development of employees,increasing the development path of professional and technical sequences and broadening the promotion channels for employees;Designing incremental performance pay distribution model to effectively motivate employees;Re-adjusting the accounting mode of market incentive bonus,so that the accounting more scientific,the use of distribution more reasonable;additional special encouragement bonus during the transition period,the outstanding performance of units and individuals rewarded,encouraging staff morale,more able to work hard,forge ahead,the company's transformation and development to make greater contribution.This article is intended to provide an idea and solution for the talent incentive management of HN Group Corporation,to create a favorable environment for talent introduction,training and using environment,and to gradually establish a modern human resource management system and incentive mechanism in line with the Company's development strategy and provide human resources protection for the sustainable development of the enterprise.
