At present,the essence of enterprise competition is talent competition,and talent is the key guarantee for each enterprise to occupy a place in the fierce market competition.In order to adapt to the fierce market competition,it is necessary to ensure that the maximum output can be achieved with the minimum production resources input,while human is the most valuable and exploitative part of the production resources.Employees are the main body of enterprise production and management,and are the source of power of enterprise development.Therefore,all enterprises need to take effective measures to strengthen human resource management,adopt reasonable and effective incentive measures,and arouse enthusiasm of employees to contribute their own strength.However,due to the short course of development,the lack of human resource management experience,the imperfect of incentive system construction,GD company failed to give full play to the role of "human" as the first productive force,and failed to fully mobilize the enthusiasm,initiative and creativity of the employees,and it leads to the loss of many talented people,and even lead to difficulties in the development process of enterprises,and gradually lose market dominance.Therefore,in order to develop rapidly and healthily,GD company needs to respect the reasonable needs of employees,optimize the incentive mechanism,to fully mobilize the initiative of employees.In view of the above reasons,this paper takes GD company as object of studies the motivation of employees.Firstly,the related literature was collected,analyzed,summarized and summarized,which laid a theoretical foundation for further research;secondly,based on ERG's hierarchy of needs Alderfer,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the needs of employees in GD company from the aspects of age,gender,post and educational background.The sample data were statistically analyzed by using SPSS13.0 statistical analysis software,and the staff incentive expectations were summarized;this paper summarizes the current situation of GD employees incentive mechanism from the salary system,incentive methods,incentive effect and other aspects,and makes an in-depth analysis of the problems existing in employee motivation of GD company.Finally,according to the results of the investigation of employee needs above,and the current incentive mechanism problems,this paper puts forward the optimization strategy of employee incentive mechanism from he basic survival needs,leading demand,diversified needs and system security.
