Human resources have became the most valuable resources in the modern enterprise management,however, the staff turnover rate of private small and medium enterprises is very high and employeesatisfaction is very low, which has seriously affected the pace of development of SMEs, and become theobstacle for SMEs faster development. Therefore, how to fully mobilize the creativity and enthusiasm ofstaff at all levels, the maximum degree of lowland employees’ potential and retain qualified personnel toensure achieve the purpose of enterprise development, which is a very important issue faced by allenterprises, and which is also the thesis to solve.Survey analysis, literature analysis and diagnostic analysis are used in this paper, based on thecondition of Sanmenxia XT Automobile Trading Group, this paper analyzes the problems of the companyincentives, and puts forward some understanding about how to build an effective employee incentiveprogram..This paper is divided into six chapters, the first chapter is an introduction, including thebackground and practical significance of this research, literature review, research method and researchcontent; Chapter two has a brief introduction of the underlying theory, Employee incentiveMechanism,mainly about design principles and methods; the third Chapter is about Sanmenxia XTAutomobile Trading Group’s incentive program status, development of enterprises, operating conditions,focusing on the analysis of the internal and eernal environment, especially the incentive programs andproblems; the fourth Chapter is about basing Sanmenxia XT Automobile Trading Group’s incentiveprogram,proposing a new incentive program, including implementation procedures, and supportingmeasures; the fifth part is about evaluation of the effect of incentives designed to establish through aincentive effect evaluation model, the last part is conclusion of this study.
