After entering the new millennium, the issue of food safety in the worldwide occurred one after another, dioxin incident, such as Belgium, the outbreak of foot-and-mouth disease events in Europe, poison cucumber events in Germany, Britain, France and other16countries "horsemeat storm", as well as the domestic crash chicken, the waterflood beef, tainted milk, clenbuterol, waste oil, poisonous rice and other events, food safety issues have never been so caused widespread concern of the countries in the world and the public, has become a significant relationship between the health of the people and the people’s livelihoodproblems. From food safety and regulatory principles of economics, the analysis of the status quo of China’s food safety regulatory system, problems and causes, and to learn from the success of the practice and experience of the developed countries build food safety supervision, put forward a sound principle of China’s food safety supervision system countermeasures.
