Research On Regionally-Financial Centralized Management Of A Road And Bridge Construction Corporation Based On Informatization

The financial management of a construction enterprise is one of the bases for its enterprise to exist and develop, the key and an important part of the economic management of the enterprise and also the starting point for the corporation to realize its operational goals. Faced with the more and more fierce competition, in order to adapt to the development of economy, it is very necessary to strengthen the financial management. Only by creating the new financial management model, controlling the input and strengthening the controlling force, can the corporation realize its profit maximization and win in the competitive market.First of all, this paper analyzes the background, purpose and signification of the financial management of current construction enterprises. Also bring forwards the necessity of the regional financial centralized management. Based On the financial power centralization and decentralization theory, it presents financial informatization is the basis and support of reginal finance concentration by research&analysis of regional financial meanings and purpose,content and signification of financial centralization.Secondly, based on the analysis of current financial management characteristics from road and bridge construction corporation, this paper pointed out all the existed financial management problems there. At the same time, all the shortcomings are come out from pilot run of financial centralization.Finally, this article proposes to perfect the regional centralizd financial management by the following six aspects:highlights the independence of the regional financial center, strengthens financial management, strengthens cost management and accounting, implementation of a comprehensive budget management, improves the information transmission and sharing, optimizing the information systems. What’s more, from the perspective of manager, executives, informationization and system construction, it presents the necessary security measurements on how to implement regional financial centralization management.
