Informatization Research Of The Road & Bridge Construction Business Enterprise Illustrating With CD

As in 2007, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development released the "general construction contracting business premium quality standards"(JCJ / T 272-2012), the domestic construction enterprises rapid development of information technology, on the one hand is the qualification requirements, on the other hand, for enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises demand. Following the description of local construction enterprises’ informatization status, the author clarified his points with illustration of CD Company. Firstly, the local construction enterprises should maintain a long-term cooperation relationship with Software Company, and build its own software engineering team at the same time to avoid the constraint from its external cooperation partner. Secondly, aim to shorten the developing lead time and meet the users’ requirement better, the informatization project should be trial tested module by module and improved basing on the feedback before execution step by step in whole company, instead of mass execution without user acceptance test. Thirdly, the author analyzed the project scheduling, developing and executing process in CD Company and shared his solution & suggestion to the findings. Those solution & suggestion is not only helpful for defining CD’s research direction, but also useful for all local construction enterprises’ informatization.
