| Xinjiang Beixin Road & Bridge Construction Co.,Ltd.(called Beixin Road & Bridge) is a main road and bridge construction enterprise in Xinjiang province built in 2001.In recent years,there are huge changes happenging in and out Beixin Road & Bridge,but it hasn't made any system research to the company's developing strategy. For this reason, on the foundation of rich data, I'd like to open out my research work to Beixin Road & Bridge's developing strategy, according to related theory and method of strategy management, such as environment analysis strategic formulation, strategic implementation and control.In this paper, first of all, make a discussion on the strategic management theory in order to offer theory basis to research work. Second, analyze macro-environment and industry environment through PEST and five competitive forces model, analyze internal resources of Beixin Road & Bridge, and recongise the key factors which effect enterprise's development in external environment and internal condition. Third, carry out a comprehensive analysis to the external opportunity and threat, internal strength and weakness, through SWOT analysis model. Using SWOT strategic choice model, three horizons of growth theory and the value chain model Respectively, analyze and select Beixin Road & Bridge's three levels of strategic, i.e. overall strategy, business strategy and strategic functions. Through all of the above, make sure that Beixin Road & Bridge's overall strategy adopts development strategy, and business strategy adopts changing business model, confirm seven strategic functions in order to achieve the overall strategic and business strategies. Finally, according to the established strategy, bring forward the company strategic objectives and measures to the strategy's implementation and the proposal to control the implementation of the strategies as well. |
