Since2003,SARA,our country has entered a period of high incidence of emergencies. With the advent of Web2.0era, Micro-blog its timeliness, interactivity, and information dissemination "zero threshold" feature has been widely applied.In recent years,such as "Yihuang event""Wenzhou motor car accident,""Wenchuan Earthquake" the first piece information and a series of major emergencies are mostly released by the microblog lead. Micro-blog has become an important source of network public opinion. However, due to the weakening of the network media platform "gatekeeper" capability, after the occurrence of unexpected events, microblog can easily become a channel for the rapid spread of rumors.The full text of a total of four chapters, the first chapter, starting from the concept of public opinion, public opinion and the mainstream media networks and related concepts of clearance, and summarize current research network of public opinion, the last full year of2012as well as hotspots emergencies were scanned with a comb. The second chapter on the meaning of unexpected events, characteristics, classification elaborate and propose the general network event, the unique characteristics of unexpected events, the final analysis emergencies strong network of social influence public opinion.
