Due to the continuous development of the Information Industry and Integration, nowadays information management systems continues to increase, resulting in the amount of data for the university system has also increased. For the universities, their personnel information management system has a pivotal position. It is difficult to make integrated personnel system greatly enhanced that the personnel management information data like the personnel information, assessed information, recruited information and remunerated information, etc. The design of the system goals and objectives is that use of meta-model approach to the completion of the personnel system and the corresponding design of the database so that it can be better to complete their work.This paper will show you how to solve the problem of the corresponding high level of integration faced by the personnel system about the database design, human-computer interaction and interface functions.1.It is through some of the more advanced study abroad personnel system products about the university personnel system which is highly integrated, I have found that most products have an extended database of user-defined functions,which could call as the main set and the subsets. These different kinds of data-sets for the personnel systems in general classification, one is for the present state personnel record, another is for the historical record and save, that is, at this stage personnel data-sets can be divided into two categories, one is now, and one is past. Through this design approach, increasing the degree of flexibility in personnel management system, aspects of university customize their own personnel system, and improve the system’s integration.2.For human-computer interaction, taking into account the college personnel management system can be widely used, most of the functionality is based on B/S to achieve, a small part of the function with C/S achieved. On the basis of operation of the software to fully meet the three principles, namely, interactivity, simplicity and visualization principles, are able to demonstrate a clear and timely data demonstrate for the system operator, analysis results and documentation. By UIMS and BSUIMS development framework developed to complete the interface architecture of the management system.3.For the corresponding function achieved by the demand for pre-analysis, it uses the more mature lightweight frame design SSH-namely Structs+Spring+Hibernate and Java language to implement the corresponding functions.This paper describes these three aspects to show how to solve the three problems facing the system and how to design element model better.1.How to optimize the operation of large amount of data during its manipulation process, particularly Hibernate belonging to the very lightweight products for the specification of JPA.And how some of its own design and optimization to be done as quickly and to show.2.How to extend the flexibility of the system for management of the data frame via SSH, due to the automatic Hibernate automatically extended and the extension data table is not very good.3.Because of the huge amount of data, the redundant data could certainly exist,then the redundant control data of the system also need to be considered, generally by the classification of the data storage redundancy probably filtered correlation table between and other methods to control and prevent data redundancy.This paper describes three directions to solve these three problems, so it can make the system will achieve efficient, flexible, high efficiency of interactive features,it also could meet the user’s requirements.
