This article relies on the national major projects-Multi-protocol RFID Integrated Testing and Analysis Techniques.The main objective of this research is a special application of signal testing and analysis equipment relied on high-performance spectrum analyzer. Explore the way of protocol analysis and design RFID software in the data acquisition mode, increasing the RFID protocol modules and software on high-performance spectrum analyzer and signal measurement, complete RFID testing program. This article mainly realizes the part of the15693protocol, and completes the design and implementation of hardware of the test equipment. Hardware platforms including Xlinx Spartan3E series XC3S1200e FPGA controller chips, AD input module, DA data module, signal conditioning modules, power management module and antenna transceiver modules.FPGA chip section contains two parts:send data and receive data. The send part contains base band generator, pulse shaping,carrier generator, modulator, filter, and DA control module. Receiving contains the AD control filtering, DDC, filter envelope generator, receiver filter, ASK/FSK demodulator, and memory control units, In order to reduce CLOCK SKEW and CLOCK JTTER and to coordinate data receiving portion and part of the parallel data transmission line module, we use DCM clock synchronization. We use Microblaze implement and analysis the protocol data frame construction, perform task scheduling and complete communicates with the host computer program.Through functional simulation,we could see timing logic meet the requirements. After static timing analysis, FPGA system still have sufficient timing margin in the corresponding clock frequency when running sending and receiving parts. After the completion of building systems, we use hardware platform for testing, and use xilinx built-in logic analyzer-Chipscope to detect data corresponding to every node modules, and then we found the real result matched the expected results. Coordinating with RF card comply with the15693protocol, oscilloscope,the corresponding hardware platforms, and the self-developed PC software, we find waveform data satisfy with the read request. In this paper, the parallelism of FPGA logic cell with Microblaze soft core flexibility achieve compliance with the standard15693test protocol reader module.
