So mobile phone payment has broad prospects in China.The paper is to test a RFID-SIM card which is designed by Nationz company in order to ensure the card quality and the test includes hardware test and RF test. The card is a combination of contact smart card and wireless communication and can be used for the mobile phone payment.In hardware test, the paper finishes the inner chip test, the interface test between these inner chips and the power consumption test in order to ensure the card can work properly. Besides, two test devices are set up in the paper so that the hardware can be tested automatically.In RF test, the paper finishes the power correction and the frequency departure test in order to ensure the card has good RF emission properties and finishes the bit error rate test in order to ensure the card has good RF reception properties.
