Research And Design Of A RFID-SIM Card Test System

In recent years, the number of mobile phone users has been increasing with the development of information technology revolution. Mobile phone is becoming one means of communication which is used for daily life and work and so on. In the meantime, mobile phone payment has become a research hotspot in the world. Some new technologies come up and cooperation mode begins to diversify. Now, mobile phone payment has been very popular in Europe and Japan while it develops very slowly in China, although China has owned the most mobile phone users in the world. So mobile phone payment has broad prospects in China.The paper is to test a RFID-SIM card which is designed by Nationz company in order to ensure the card quality and the test includes hardware test and RF test. The card is a combination of contact smart card and wireless communication and can be used for the mobile phone payment.In hardware test, the paper finishes the inner chip test, the interface test between these inner chips and the power consumption test in order to ensure the card can work properly. Besides, two test devices are set up in the paper so that the hardware can be tested automatically.In RF test, the paper finishes the power correction and the frequency departure test in order to ensure the card has good RF emission properties and finishes the bit error rate test in order to ensure the card has good RF reception properties. Besides, two test devices are set up in the paper so that the RF can be tested automatically.Finally, the software used in the hardware test and RF test is introduced, and each algorithm is elaborated.
