With the increase in enterprise branches,enterprise’s physical distribution is becoming more and more big. Especially at the age of Internet and informationization, communications between branches need more safety and efficiencyand take more and more enterprise’s attention. In order to realize the remote client’s dedicated link, they can only rent the physical lines, whichis undoubtedly a hugespending for enterprise and increases the complexity of vendor’s network cabling.How to meet the needs of every company based on limited hardware resources? VPN based on MPLS is a kind of virtual network technology. MPLS can establish a virtual link between two remote devices by distributing labels on every router. The provider marksevery company with a unique tag. The virtual line is exclusive for every company while shared by a great number of enterprises in the view of service provider. Chinese virtual private network is mostly based on layer three as same as layer network. It can resolve company’s requirements, but at the same time, it also compels the transfer mode of the network. Because the three virtual network inside the enterprise force data flow to be exchanged on layer threeand the service provider’s network devices on the edge need to save huge information of the private network.MPLS-based Layer two virtual network can solve this problem better. It implements the label operation of the data packet in the second layer of the network, without entering the IP layer, so that the data packet is transparent to the upper layer. The network layer can usedifferent protocols without affecting the transmission of data.This ensures safe and reliable transmission of information inside the enterprise, greatly reducing the cost of business. Italso reduces the burden of service provider’s networkdevices on the edge.The project was developed on a company Comware platform.The company’s Comware platform provides users with comprehensive network capabilities and meets the needs of users of the network operating system. It is currently a good network operating system that supports a full range of network devices.To carry out the project development on this can easily use existing communication protocol or other protocol extensions on existing communication protocols so that we can complete the project effectively. The project achieved LDP MPLS L2VPN.L2VPN will operate as a separate process onComware platform andit is the control platof L2VPN characteristics. The project noticesL2VPN signals through running VC thread in the process of LDP. The final outcome of the project is to create a virtual instance on L2VPN network and generate L2VPN forwarding control logic to control second layer packet forwarding.
