In the information age, the university staff wages grow with each passing day indispensable information quantity, a perfect function of salary management system of colleges and universities. Increase the teaching type of wage workers, calculation method is becoming more and more complex, the wages of teachers and teacher associated evaluation, so the design of a comprehensive course for salary management system, post allowance, tax aspects is necessary. This system to design the whole system by using the method of structural design, and the electronic and system flow as the main design concept increase the reusability of the system. The paper firstly introduces the research background of university salary management system, the problems need to be solved are summarized, according to the college wage in the form of wages, remuneration project code more complex calculation way and batch is different, business process reengineering for wage settlement and query the original, code management, personnel division information management, salary management, report management, report analysis and comprehensive query and other functions, based on the detailed analysis of the demand, including business requirement, function requirement and data requirement analysis. Then the paper introduces the related system design, general design and design of each function module of the system was given, demonstrating the system’s main flow and the role, and the first layer and the second layer data flow process of detailed analysis, the final design database table form. Finally, the contents of the study are summarized, elaborated the main work, pointed out the deficiencies of the thesis, and the further work is prospected.
