Design And Implementation Of A Lightweight Open-source Framework JavaEE Production Management System Based On

With the rapid development of information technology and the rising of enterprise management level, information management system for the production are getting more and more attention from manufacturing enterprise. Replacing the traditional manual management, ERP system can improve production efficiency greatly. However, traditional ERP systems use C/S architecture model mostly, there are many deficiencies in flexibility, security, scalability, and so on.JavaEE is an opened and standards-based platform, which is Web-oriented and server-centric enterprise edition. The composite framework of Struts2+Hibernate+Spring (referred to as SSH2) technology, which is the most populariest frameworks currently, can complete high-quality software projects that are easy to expand and maintain, using minimal time and effort. It is just using these lightweight JavaEE platform framework technology to design and implement the Ye Jin electronic production management system, combined with the actual needs of the factory production.Firstly, this concept and the development of ERP and the three lightweight framework of the JavaEE which is SSH2was introduced respectively. Secondly, the system functional requirements and non-functional requirements were demonstrated, and the system was designed including nine modules, which are business management, project management, material control management, procurement management, production management, quality management, warehouse management, financial management and system management, in order to get a clear system hierarchy. Then the physical structure of the database was designed. Thirdly, according to the ideas of MVC design pattern, we integrated these three kinds of frameworks. For the separate layers of the Web-Presentation. Business-Logic, Data-Access and Entity, we brought about the coding using a example of system-login in detail. And then the effect of project management and systems management, which are part of system core module, were given. Finally, we tested the various functions of the software and analyzed the test results.This ERP system can be used to track and control the whole business conditions, project status, production schedules, inventory and other information to achieve the full integration of the data of various departments. Thus, enterprise get an information management system which can solve the management problems that traditional manual management can not solve. The system can help companies not only to improve production efficiency, but also to standardize the business. Besides, as the added role permissions mechanism, the system make it clear that who should take the production management responsibilities for employees, thus it contributes to the control of product quality. It also saves a lot of manpower and resources, so that managers have more energy to focus on more important things. At present, the system has been successfully applied to Ye Jin electronics factory for production process management, and its practical value is emerging.
