Technology in progress,economic in the development,many enterprises to seize the opportunities for development grow,expand the scale,increased recruit employees,business development,at this time,the traditional paper carrier management office gradually tends to be backward.The daily management of the enterprise business,office efficiency,business processing delay,the data is easy to lose the disadvantages of common,at the same time there are problems of office waste of resources.At this time,enterprises need to use the corresponding management system to save management costs,improve management efficiency,improve the level of informatization of enterprises,enhance their competitiveness.In this paper,A enterprise as the background,starting from the practical application of the enterprise,in order to improve the management efficiency,enhance informatization degree,for the purpose of analyzing business requirements,considering its own economic and technology accumulation,design develop applicable to A daily office management system of the enterprise.System on the basis of the three layer architecture development mode expand,build up the five layers of logical architecture,and as open source struts 2 + Spring + Hibernate framework combination as the basis of system architecture,using JBPM as the workflow engine,with Ajax as a means of asynchronous interaction,build a daily office management system.Of the framework of technology used in system development are briefly introduced,the system of five layers used in the development of architectural model is analyzed,in detail elaborated the system need to realize the functional requirements,lines from the economic and technical aspects of the feasibility of the system development.At the design stage to clarify the system follows the design principle,gives the physical architecture and logical architecture of the system and package structure,through the data flow diagram and entity relationship diagram,describes the modeling process of system in detail,at last,through the business flow chart and function implementation effect chart describe the detailed design and reality of the system.After the test,normal operation,the system each function module can meet the demand of enterprise users.Now system has been put into use and good effect,the development of the next issue will cover the company's mail services,financial management and attendance management,etc,in hopes of further improving enterprise office management,integration of enterprise resources,improve the work efficiency.
