Design And Implementation Of Vocational College Graduates Information Management System Based On JavaEE

The vocational college graduation information management system is an important link of teaching work in colleges and universities; each university teacher and student are highly valued. To make full use of existing teaching resources, improve utilization of resources, achieve students’ comprehensive information management and improve the efficiency of management, have become one of the key tasks of student management and even the whole school management. However, many colleges and universities are still using traditional methods. Each management module is independent, which leads to managing information of graduates with difficulty.This system consists of three sub-systems which are graduation project management system, graduation documents management system and employment information management system. For the teachers or administrators, there are user management, student management, achievement management and degree management modules in this system. For the graduate students, there are course management, research papers submitted and other functional modules. The main work and achievements can be concluded as follow:A vocational college graduation information management system is very important to the graduate management from the neighboring stage to the graduation stage. Based on this demand, this thesis designs and develops an information system for the vocational college graduate management. The technologies used in this system include Java EE platform, CMMI 4 development process, and B / S development model. The database used in this system is My SQL. This system is deployed to web application servers and database servers. It introduces the implementation, related technologies in detail. In the graduation project management system, there are two roles, the student and teacher roles. The main modules for students are choosing mentors, choosing topics, uploading papers, and etc. The main modules for teachers are confirming students, confirming topics, reviewing student papers(including download and view), sending message, and etc. There are administrator, teacher and student roles in the graduation documents management system. After the login, a user belonging to the administrator role can manage the teacher information, the student information, the school information, the document information and the statistics information. The user also can append, delete, modify and query the information. After the login, a user belonging to the student role can upload document and query some related files. After the login, a user belonging to the teacher role can review and download documents which are uploaded by students. The employment information management system is to analyze and manage the student employment information.This system aims to make the students and teachers cooperate without the time and spacing limitation. This system can improve the work efficiency. The graduation management becomes more efficient and timely by this system. Moreover, it is fair, just and open.
