In recent years,the scale of colleges and universities has been expanding,and the demand for the scale of assets has also expanded.In the process of experimental teaching and scientific research in universities,equipment assets have become an indispensable part,and the electronic assets are more so.Because of the large number and variety of electronic assets and the specifications,models and configuration of each equipment,most of the existing general asset management systems have been declining in the aspects of stability,networking,security and individualization.In view of the problems existing in the current assets management system,this paper has carried on the related research to many aspects,including personalization,pattern design,architecture deployment,database optimization and so on.The main contents are as follows:First,from the point of view of the developer,taking into account the guidance of the core elements of the system to the architecture design,the 5 key elements that the electronic assets management system should have are analyzed in detail,which are security,extendibility,performance,flexibility and availability.According to the characteristics of large amount of data storage,less input and more output in the electronic assets management system,the importance of security,extendibility and performance is emphatically analyzed.Secondly,on the basis of determining the core elements,the evolution direction of the system deployment architecture is proposed,and the architecture of the first edition of the system is determined by the separation of the program,file and database further reading and writing with using local cache.This scheme can reduce the complexity of maintenance and expansion in the early use,improve the efficiency and security of data utilization,and minimize the system performance bottleneck caused by the database overhead.Then,the direct function and non-functional characteristics of the system are designed in detail,and the database schema is emphasized.The 4 principles of pattern design are proposed and the UML diagram is used to display the database structure of the underlying data storage of the support system.This structure almost eliminates the data redundancy,can easily separate the partitions and read and write,and can shorten the access time through the IO parallel mechanism,thus making the system overall short response time.Finally,a complete electronic assets management system is built.It implements user access control,assets archives storage,assets usage management,historical operation query,real-time log recording and other functions.It improves the sharing rate of electronic assets and improves the management efficiency and scientificalness of electronic assets.
