Regarding the enterprise which has branches in different place, the centralized management enterprise information will aggravate the central server and the network load, and increase the enterprise inside information exchanging cost. Specially in electric power plants, information management is especially important. The thermoelectricity generation was still the present electric power development major pillar. This article focuses on the Heze power plant produce and operation management system.The content of the article is to integrate the existing systems to share the information. The management information system (MIS) based on DCS (Distributed Control System) is a popular enterprise information processing platform recently. Based on this platform, this article uses MDA (Model-Driven Architecture) technology, developed and started some work flow, realized the produce and operation management under the Web platform.This system calls for 5 servers, which are the web server, the load distribution server, the performance computer server, the database server and a backup redundant server. The work of this article mainly concentrates on the web server and the database server; The connection level deployment has certain connection machines, they gain the production data from DCS, NCS and chemical water system, transmits the data regularly to the database through the network; A firewall is built between the application layer and MIS.The "produce and operation" of this article is mainly the work to guarantee enterprise's electricity generation, namely is mainly the power plant electricity generation production and operation. Regarding electricity generation production and operation, no matter the thermal power plant, the hydro-electric power station, the geothermy power plant, the wind power plant and so on, it contains substantive work content basic same, is mainly the operation and the maintenance of equipment management.Power generation exists in any plant. Power plant operation is the basis for all the work, which has a vital role for the benefits the power plant. The main goal of the plant is to generate electricity, while the operating work means the monitor, open parking operations, incident handling, load adjustment, inspection checks and circumstances of the accident record deal and other work of the jurisdiction of the generator set and auxiliary equipment according to its own security requirements. Operation management is the management of the above work. The overall goal of power management is to ensure safety in production, to detect hidden dangers of the equipment, and to achieve the goal of few people on duty in obedience to dispatching, the general operation of power system to meet the goal of maximum economic efficiency. We should complete the task the power system assigned, dispatch rationally, make full use of resources, use and dig the potential of various types of equipments and techniques, complete the main technical and economic indicators, obtain the most benefits. In the current power generation plants, commonly used management methods are as follows:set up the operation workshop in which we set shifts. Keep the management work away from switching operation and equipment inspections. Monitor disk onstage and do switch operation and equipment inspection backstage. This model is a modern operation management framework.The prime task of maintenance of equipment service is to maintain the power plant the electricity generation, the production equipment situation, guarantees the equipment normally, the stable revolution. But the power generating equipment is the electricity generation plant's production tool, which is the material base for producing the electrical energy, and is also the fixed asset important component, and it is divided into the major facility and the supporting facility. Device management is an important part of the overhaul department's service. Strengthen the device management, guarantee the production electrical energy in normal, raise the economic efficiency, the promotion technology advancement to have the very vital significance. In order to enhance the efficiency of technology, security, economy and social, implements the comprehensive unification to the equipment the management is one very important method.According to daily practical work of overhaul department, we can divide equipment's management service into:equipment foundation information account management service, equipment flaw processing management service and overhaul work ticket management service.
