Release Technology Of Three-Dimensinoal Process Design System Based On Pro/E

With the rapid development of enterprise informatization, traditional productionprocesses begin to show some obvious defects, such as tediousness, high demand intechnique process, and not easy to manage. By the mean time, the development speedof three-dimensional technologies is accelerated violently by the development ofmanufacturing industries. Thus, traditional two-dimensional technologies willinevitably be replaced by the new three-dimensional technologies. Currently,three-dimensional process design systems are integrated with large modeling softwaressuch as Pro/E, CAD and so on. The complicated integration makes thethree-dimensional process systems unsuitable for browsing and machining processesand puts off the popularizing of three-dimensional process systems in enterprisesbecause of its complex structure and high-demand in runtime environment. Bycombining with the needs of project in practice and studying the three-dimensionalprocess system based on Pro/E, this paper develops a three-dimensional process systemspecialized for process releasing with relevant web publishing technologies. Thisreleasing system makes it easier to browse the three-dimensional process designingresults and raises the applying value of three-dimensional process system inenterprises.This paper firstly introduces the trends of process development，indicates thenecessity of process releasing and summarizes the common web publishingtechnologies. Then it introduces the three-dimensional process system based on Pro/Eand analyzes its composition structure and data management. Subsequently, itdescribes the overall design concept of the three-dimensional process releasing systembased on the layout of the three-dimensional process system. Then the keytechnologies are researched in-depth, such as system layout, screen adapting, realizingthe process tree, local releasing, remote publishing and so on. Finally, it shows theoperations of the whole system by releasing the machining process of a stepped shaft.
