In the era of media integration,the transformation and development of publishing and editing process is also diversified.However,the production mode of Fusion Media Publishing and Editorial Department has become the vane of the transformation trend with its unique advantages.The Fusion Media Publishing Editorial Department has broken the horizontal barriers between various media and realized the integration of space.It has formed a new mode of production and dissemination of news publishing,which is "one-in-one planning,one-time collection,multiple generation,multiple dissemination,all-day rolling,global coverage".At the same time,with its technological advantages,the editorial department of Medium Finance Publishing has updated all aspects of information acquisition,information sharing,information processing,information dissemination and information effect feedback,which promotes the diversification of publishing production forms and enhances the influence of publications.As we all know,the transformation of publishing and editing process has become a prerequisite for the production of high-quality publishing products in the era of media integration.Firstly,the necessity of the transformation of publishing and editing process in the era of media convergence is analyzed from the aspects of media environment,technology environment,social environment,communication channels and audiences;secondly,based on the representative publishing production mode of the financial media publishing and editing department in the financial media environment,the spatial structure and business process transformation of the financial media publishing and editing department are studied,and the transformed editors are obtained.The similarities and differences of the process in each link.It not only explains how the transformation of editing process improves the efficiency of editing production,promotes the diversification of publication product forms,but also facilitates the rational intensive management of enterprises and promotes the transformation and upgrading of enterprises.Secondly,the transformation of publishing and editing process in the media age has analyzed the changes of editors and traditional editors in editing roles,editing ideas and working methods in the media age.It not only innovates editors' thinking mode,broadens the vision of editors,but also has guiding significance for the training and selection of editors in the new era.Finally,aiming at the common problems in the process transformation of financial media publishing and editing,this paper explores the resources integration,personnel training,reward and punishment mechanism,profit model exploration,corporate culture exchange and other aspects,and puts forward relevant optimization strategies,which have reference significance for the development of the entire publishing industry.
