| Many enterprises pay increasing attention to monitoring workshop equipment in order to improve the management level and market competitiveness. By monitoring the working conditions of the workshop equipment and the mechanical components, we can prolong the using time of the equipment and prevent industrial accidents. The short distance wireless sensor network technology, represented by ZigBee technology with the advantages of low cost, low power consumption, flexible networking has been applied in many fields of national production and life, especially in the field of industrial control. This paper drives the application of ZigBee technology in monitoring the shaft torque in the workshop equipment. The production managers can monitor the torque changes in real-time and view historical data to ensure the normal operation of equipment. This has extremely important significance to improve the efficiency of enterprises.In view of the ZigBee technology, this paper introduces the network node type, network topology and protocol architecture. The chips is selected and the circuit of the various hardware modules in wireless network monitoring system is designed including wireless communication module, data acquisition module, data processing module, power management module, JTAG simulation interface, serial communication module and reserved expansion circuit. The whole design of hardware system aims at low power consumption and high reliability. The strain gauge bridge which is composed of resistance strain sensor is used in data acquisition module to obtain strain voltage. The data processing module works on voltage amplification and smoothing. The low power CC2430RF chip is used in the wireless network module and the RS232communication mode is used in the serial communication module. The reserved extended circuit is designed for reducing costs for the re-development of other monitoring equipment. The software adopts the classic ZigBee protocol stack proposed by Texas Instruments and does further research on the network formation process, the mechanism of network routing protocol and the network address assignment etc. According to different distribution of the drive shaft, this paper designs the application layer program based on Z-Stack protocol stack, the program consists of the network program, acquisition program, wireless communication program and serial program etc. And the serial communication protocol and PC monitoring system is designed. The routing algorithm in the ZigBee is studied deeply, on the current routing algorithm also has the problem of excessive energy consumption, a new routing algorithm proposed.Finally,several tests is made including the network test of the whole system, transmission distance test and data transmission. The correctness of the designed hardware and software system is verified by these experiments. This system is proven to realize the function of fast network and data transmission through the experiment. |
