The drive shaft torque monitoring is widely used in the field of industrial and agricultural production,transportation, energy exploration, aerospace, scientific research and development and quality inspection. Real-time monitoring the torque changes can detect the abnormal working conditions of the drive shaft timely and then adopt control measures and provide the basis for fault diagnosis,which has the important significance for the prevention of the transmission shaft overload deformation and fatigue fracture, reduce accidents, to ensure the safe and reliable operation of the equipments.This article describes the research status of torque measurement technology at home and abroad,according to the resistance strain-type torque detection principle and digital wireless transmission technology,this paper designes the wireless torque monitoring torque system, the system includes the collection and transmission module, receiving and processing module, PC monitoring management system. Using the ANSYS software to simulate the surface deformation,stress concentration and distortion phenomena when the drive shaft was subjected torsion and to provide the location guidance for pasting the strain gauge. This thesis has designed the hardware and software of the wireless torque acquisition and sending module based on C8051F530A and NRF2401including the strain bridge,signal signal regulate circuit, wireless sending and receiving circuit, power management circuit, the design of the1/4wave length monopole antenna and the simulation of the inverted-F antenna. To solve the battery charging problem of the acquisition and transmittion module,this thesis proposes the mobile power charging plan and designs the electromagnetic induction wireless charging test circuit. The receiving and processing module using the C8051F064and NRF2401as the core is supplied by battery power, in order to meet the mobile monitoring needs, this module has the function of LCD display, flash memory,USB disk storage, key set, buzzer alarm, the serial and USB port communication. According to the features of NRF2401works in half-duplex communication mode and communication distance is closely,the receiving and processing module is installed two NRF2401, one as a transmitter and the other as a receiver to improve the real-time of communication. In order to improve the communication distance,this thesis has designed the long distance communication circuit module by using the external PA, LNA, high power gain antenna. To realize the network of the drive shaft torque monitoring system, the wireless network communication protocol,wireless communication mode, the principles of form network and network topology structure are formulated. The PC monitoring management system through a serial port or USB port download the configuration parameters and instructions to receiving and processing module and receive the upload data from this module, has the data processing, curve plotting, emergency instructions, data storage, node inquiry, management and other functions.Tests show that the wireless torque monitoring system is convenient to use, stable performance, reliable, easy to transport network, the drive shafts torque monitoring can be concentrated and this system has a broad prospect of application and provides a reference for the construction of management control system of a local area network transmission equipment.
