Reform And Development Of Harbin TV

Currently, the traditional media is at a critical stage of reform. The appearance ofnetworks, mobile phones and other new media have changed the original mode oftransmission and patterns, so that television as the traditional media is in a dilemma.Harbin Television Station has occupied an important place in the history of Chinesetelevision since it was established, which has had a certain reputation and influence inHeilongjiang province and even the whole country at present. However, in the face ofthe strong competition of CCTV, provincial televisions and other televisions, the livingenvironment of Harbin Television Station is increasingly harsh. Coupled with traditionalmedia such as newspapers, radio and magazines taking up a part of market, theappearnce of new media has led to the television’s status shaky. How to break thedeadlock and the bottleneck in development is the first problem for Harbin TelevisionStation to solve currently. This thesis tried to summarize the historical law of harbintelevision station reform and took a cue from it. The sitiation and dilemma of harbintelevision station were analyzed, and the futher reform comments and path weresuggested, in order to be able to play an initiate role on reform and development ofHarbin Television Station.This thesis was divided into three chapters. In Chapter1, the historical reformmeasures and laws of Harbin television station were outlined, and the overall layout andinfluence on it were expounded. In Chapter2, the development bottlenecks of HarbinTelevision Station were discussed, and the internal and external factors and problemshindering the development of it were analyzed. In addition, the new measures, featuresand increasing pressures faced in new period reform were presented. In Chapter3, thereform way that should be chosen in the new period was presented on the basis oftheory and data of the first two chapters, and also expounded from the directions ofcontent, audiences, and management. Thus the system reform and the developmentsuggestions were presented for Harbin Televation Station.
