Today,with the rapid development of information technology,emerging media has rapidly emerged with a sharp and unpredictable trend,changing the pattern of the media market,impacting the traditional media represented by radio and television newspapers and periodicals,and the country's increasing attention to the development of the Internet information industry.The media has faced unprecedented crises and a large number of sticky audiences,especially younger audiences.Under the crisis,the local media,radio stations,magazines and papers and other traditional media have begun to actively explore and seek a way out.With the beginning of the implementation of the promotion of triple play in China in 2011,media integration has become an inevitable trend and the only way for traditional media to seek development.It can be said that the competition between the media has turned into a full-scale all-round competition of the whole media,and the competition among the whole media is ultimately the competition among the excellent media people.This has made media practitioners such as radio,television,and magazines face greater pressure and challenges in winning better opportunities and development.In this paper,the author is devoted to studying the professional status of Harbin radio and television practitioners,especially the integration of media,the merger of radio and television,and the background and ecological environment of the radio and television group.The contents of this in-depth investigation mainly include: basic situation,business ability,work pressure and source,job satisfaction,media contact and problems presented by the company.Try to give some suggestions and opinions through analysis and research.
