Research On Harbin Radio Station During The Republic Of China (1923-1931)

In the 1920 s,China suffered from internal and external conflicts,internal warlord infighting and foreign invasion.At the beginning of the 20 th century,radio technology was introduced into China,and the authorities saw the great prospect of radio technology serving the military.They invested human,material and financial resources to develop the radio industry in the whole country.The Japanese illegally set up antennas in China and wantonly violated China's electrical sovereignty,which was the fuse for the birth of Harbin radio station.Mr.Liu han,who had been engaged in telecommunications all his life,put his theory into practice with his indomitable will and solid radio theoretical knowledge,and successfully developed China's first radio transmitter.With the operation of radio stations,the management regulations and management organizations of radio stations were born,which laid the foundation of China's broadcasting management.As a mass media,radio station has the attributes of information transmission and propaganda tools.The operation of radio stations needs manpower support,which stimulates the domestic demand for radio talents and promotes the development of radio education in China.Therefore,this paper gives a detailed overview of the historical background of the birth of Harbin radio station,the life and contributions of its founder,Mr.Liu han,and the operation mechanism of Harbin radio station,in order to explore the utility of Harbin radio station in the history and history of China's broadcasting industry.
