In the early 90s of 20th Century, with more fierce competition and shortage of customer source, companies came to realize the importance of retaining sustained relationship between customers. In these circumstances, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) came true. It can keep touch with and attract more customers through efficient services.Due to the advancement of technology, development of economy and improvement of standard of living, the former enterprises operating mode, product-oriented, couldn't increasingly satisfy individual and diversiform, demands. In nature, CRM is the result of advancement of management, not technology: But it surely provides a best opportunity for the development of CRM. If enterprises aim at creating profit. CRM is just the most useful tool to achieve it, and Data Mining is the best engine of this tool.When companies implement CRM, they need to obtain decision support from deep analysis of numerous and complicated information. Good quality data is the foundation for making out a good CRM, Operating the data which is in database or data warehouse accurately and effectively is a key phase of abstracting useful business information.The article focus research on the techniques of CRM's concept, ordinary framework, main functional modules, and ADO.NET. It based on a real enterprise-Shanghai Communications Technology Development Co.,Ltd, and got the support of its CRM project. And integrates the real situation that our CRM team has investigated in the enterprise for about three months, we designed and implemented a CRM demo based on ADO.NET. This demo include customer management, calendar management, competitor management, project management and service&technic support management. In this paper we design and complete customer resource management, partner management, calendar management, competitor management and service&technic support management. During the course of completing the demo, according to characteristic of the profession of Intelligent Traffic (the data amount is not big, but each customer is very important) that JJ Co. situated in, we use ADO.NET technique to read, save and alter data accurately and effectively. At the same time, according to the real needs of Co., after analyzing the parts of data with classification and statistics, we can get the information about the competitive power of all competitors, so the information can support managers make proper decision. It performs a helpful attempt for applying CRM system to Intelligent Traffic and shows a way to enhance the availability and real-time capability of CRM.
