During the speedy development of the market economy, the private enterpriseshave been facing the unprecedented pressure. The human resource as the importantresource for the development of the enterprise, the position has been rising. Thetraditional personnel management has already been unsuitable for the development ofthe market environment. Many of the private enterprises are making different ways ofeffort and introduce the advanced management philosophy from the abroad. Theperformance management as an important method has been widely used amongdifferent industries. In one hand, the performance management is as the strategicexecutive tool, guiding by the enterprise strategy, finishing the aims and fully performthe guiding function in the strategic level. Moreover, correctly performing themanagement can actively stimulate the workers, which they can be clear about theirworks and their return, by combing the aims of the enterprise and their personal, theworkers can perform their best. To make a complete set of the performancemanagement case according to the current situation of the enterprises’ development, itcan not only enhance the decision making ability but also help to realize the businessplan for the enterprises.Jilin Education Publishing Co., Ltd is a company mainly wholesale and retaildifferent publication like teaching aids, reading and reference books. It has beencooperated with850excellent customers. The company has making effort on developand cement the mutual trust, mutual development and win-win strategic relationship.Through the performance management data analysis and the actual running situationof the company, it has been found that there is not specific performance checking caseand the evaluation forms for each department is the same. During the actual working procedure, without good communication between the leaders and workers,departments, the performance result of the company is not so optimistic. Based on thedata analysis and the statistics of the questionnaire results, through the combination oftheory and reality, this article has done an analysis on the problems existed andprojected a performance management case that is suitable for the development of thiscompany. Firstly, this article will be explicit about the improvement lines. And thenmake targeted analysis on the specific position to define the performance evaluationindex structure, build the performance evaluation index system based on KPI guidingby the strategic aims of the enterprise. And disintegrate the enterprise KPI intodepartment KPI and disintegrate the department KPI into personal KPI according tothe actual working task of the department. This article has taken the marketingdepartment as the important researching target, through the set up of KPI for thisdepartment, improve the worker’s attitude and stimulate the working activity of theworkers, making the worker be clear about their own advantages and developmentdirection to improve the achievement both for personal and the organization.Finally, by projecting the performance management case for Jilin EducationPublication Co., Ltd forming the performance management system which is suitablefor the development of the company, it not only can solve the actual problems for thecompany, but also promote the realization of the company’s aims. The application ofthe performance evaluation results will give great contribution to the choosing,training, keeping and using for the workers. Through the performance management,the company can make the performance evaluation into positive circulation, it can notonly improve the management efficiency, but also save the time and cost, which canalso embody the operability and utility of the performance manage case plan.
