The Bayin College Comprehensive Training Center is a comprehensive training institution providing dance arts, English and other courses for the whole state. The business management includes the management of campus information, course information, teaching materials charging information, staff information, student information, financial information and market analysis data. And its businesses are numerous and messy. So the management work of Bayin College Comprehensive Training Center staff can encounter trouble and no clue status. Past management way was that the staff needs to manage all classes and all students, which was inefficient and easy to cause man-made subjective errors. However, with the development of information technology, business management philosophy and technology of training institutions have changed, hoping to use information technology to create a training institution business management system to achieve anytime and anywhere management.This business management system used the Java language, and MVC-based SSH framework for the Web side. In the mobile side, the system used Android technology for development and implementation. The technical architecture of the system was divided into presentation layer, business logic layer, persistence layer and Android application layer. The system used Microsoft SQL Server 2014 to manage the database.The functions of the training institution business management system based on mobile application included system setting, educational administration teaching, front desk service, financial statistics and market analysis, personnel file management and mobile side management system. Among them, system setting function included campus setting, course setting, miscellaneous setting, expenditure item, parameter setting and other basic setting and common functions. Educational administration teaching function included class management, record of class, communication record, educational administration management and student management. Front desk service function included consulting management, business handling, business inquiry and service handover. Financial statistics and market analysis function included financial statistics and market analysis. Personnel file management function included entry new file, file management, personnel change and magnetic card attendance. Mobile side management system included functions of today's statistics, daily business and opening and ending class.The system realized message setting and management of campus areas and courses, facilitated teachers to manage students, class record, the class, the educational administration and so on, facilitated clerks to deal with business information, business handover and so on, raised clerks'analysis and management standards of the finance information and the market information, and facilitated the staff to manage of the staff file information. Moreover, mobile side made the staff's business management work more convenient.
