Development And Application Of Teaching Management System Based On The Center Of International Studies

It is imperative to develop a new teaching management system to meet the requirement for the Center of International Studies,because the regular system cannot meet the challenge.To meet the demand of overseas study teaching management,an information management system for the Center of International Studies has been developed.The essay is aimed at analyzing the data information system in multi aspects,information technology and design to solve the following problems:(1)Investigating and studying the domestic and foreign teaching management system,I found that the current system can meet the requirement for the conventional higher education,but it is imperfect for overseas study teaching management.(2)The essay systematically compiles all kinds of requirements for overseas study teaching management system and also analyses them with diverse methods,such as structured analysis,object-oriented demand analysis and data driven analysis.They are subdivided into functional requirements,access requirements,and security management requirements according to the analysis results,which make the system to be better and more suitable to the overseas study teaching management.(3)The system is designed in detail based on the analysis.The framework of the system uses the B/S model,which is divided into four layers that are the browser,the WEB cache server,the WEB server and the database server,and meanwhile the four layers of the software configuration are analyzed and designed respectively.The demand analysis of the system and the tables designing are done with the database.The paper analyses the key problems of the system and the system designs that are the authority management design,concurrent access design,asynchronous transmission technology,remote backup and external data exchange.(4)The subject study perfects and details the configuration of the system development environment,database creation,data table creation and the development of the website program,which makes it to be more suitable to the access path of overseas study teaching management.This paper also gives detailed description of the database connection,the COM component invoke,the development of the SOA interface,the application development of j Query technology.(5)The essay analyses the system operation effect,test results and system operation evaluation,based on the primitive application of the system in the Center of International Studies.After the application in the overseas study teaching management,the new system shows very good pertinence,stability,reliability and practicability.However,there is room for further improvement in fast mass compute,fast mass management,large data and mobile computing.
