Over recent years, skilled talents needed by enterprises in our country have become increasingly scarce, which has seriously affects and restricts the rapid development of China’s economy, and enterprises also have increasingly high requirements for talents. The country has paid more and more attention to the development of vocational education and school information construction, the level of information management in schools has been continuously improved. On the other hand, with the increase of training rooms, the number of trainees and training programs, training management data is becoming larger and larger. All of these have put forward a very high requirement for the construction and management of experiment and training rooms in vocational schools. Therefore, it is urgent to establish a standardized experiment and training management system to solve the above problems.Jiangyang secondary vocational digitalized experimental training and teaching management system(hereinafter referred to as training and teaching management system) is employed as an example in this paper. On the basis of the development of current secondary vocational education and information management in our country, the paper firstly elaborates on the present situation, purpose and meaning of research on the training and teaching management system, then compares and analyzes technologies related to this system, and finally utilizes JAVA development language, MySQL database and B/S architecture for design and development. Through in-depth investigation and analysis of the requirements for training and teaching management process and training and teaching management staff, the system is analyzed and designed in details to obtain functional and non-functional requirements of the training and teaching management system, and UML is used for modeling analysis. Furthermore, feasibility and security of the system are also analyzed. Within the scope of the overall design goal, design principle and overall framework of the system, detailed design is made to various modules and databases as well as to security, emphasis is put on login function module, teaching training inquiry function module, open training function module, and the specific process of realizing the practical training and teaching management system is given, and finally, the functionalities and performances of the entire system are tested and summarized.By designing this system, a practical training and management system that is suitable for Jiangyang Secondary Vacational School is ultimately attained, thus enabling the school to provide all-round practical training and management services. When compared with the existing similar systems, this system employs a modular design and is more perfect in functionality, covenient and simple in use and excellent in portability. The designed functional subsystems of the system better conforms to the characteristics of secondary vocational schools, so as to realize information-based and digitalized management of training rooms. By doing so, teachers and students become more active and energetic in the entire process of training and teaching management, and thus the efficiency of training and teaching management workd is remarkably improved. This paper has a high reference value for training and teaching management of other secondary vocational schools.
