Design And Implementation Of Web-based Training Room Management System

With more training room built in school, the first problem is how to manage so much more training rooms.The system solve the problem of training room management whit computer achieves control door controllor on and off. The whole process completed by the computer without manual intervention, the computer programs according to scheduled to open and close doors on time. The system realizes user management, curriculum management, access controllor network address setting, user access control, curriculum access and others.The system uses UDP protocol control access controller, component UDP packets sent to the access controller with open or close signal. Access controller according to packet instructions control the electronic locks on or off. Access controller is Wei Geng WG2001.net network-based access controller. The system is B/S structure, using Java program production. The system accounts are administrator account and user account. Administrator can modify system account, curriculum plan, access control information. User can only view the curriculum plan. Account, curriculum plan, controller information stored in MySQL database table. System access MySQL database using JDBC, to modify information stored in the database. Access controller reads the curriculum plan and send control signals to time-triggered.The system achieve remote control access controller with computer, without human intervention, reduce management workload. Administrator remote modify curriculum information and training room newwork address information. Teachers view curriculum information online.
