Practical teaching is a major guarantee for universities’ characteristics and improving teaching quality.The problem ought to be solved now is the effective management of the crossing time and space teaching way. With the rapid development of information technology, network teaching system must have the vitality and practicality.lt mainly reflected in the credit business is progressiveness and flexibility which are able to fully contain RCCs’ existing credit business while offering a variety of flexible ways and personalized service in handling certain businesses.With the development trend of domestic and international connection, credit practical teaching system must adapt to the business development in the future and the global competitive environment of rural credit cooperatives.Therefore, this paper presents an efficient and practical RCCs credit practical teaching system, describing the structure and function of the characteristics of the system which provides the theoretical basis and implementation methods on how to fulfill the practical teaching system. The teachers and students involved in the practical teaching are specific research units.The practical system is implemented based on the basic situation of the credit business and is designed to help teachers and students complete practical training teaching.Laiwu rural credit cooperatives credit practical teaching system are combined with the actual situation of rural credit cooperatives.It uses existing equipments and analyzes functional module parts of teachers and students teaching process. The system also fulfills teacher’s teaching management which includes class management, student management, test management, basic data management and case management. Practical training students’ experimental study work includes experimental management, basic data management, case management and online exam management. In summary, it is the all-in-one credit business training teaching system.This paper describes the requirements analysis, system design and the specific implementation process of Laiwu rural credit cooperatives credit practical teaching system. Firstly, requirements research are conducted in Laiwu RCCs finance operations and university practical training process, then requirements capture is conducted in its business management methods, parameter types and workflow and analyzing the acquired content. The implementations and functions are determined based on the analysis, then a detailed functional design is done according to the combination of analysis needs and UML examples as well as an involved database. Finally, applying certain technology to complete the development of the system is based on requirements analysis and system design content.Teaching management function of teachers and practical learning function is realized in Laiwu rural credit cooperatives credit practical teaching system.It is able to fulfill the management of classes, students and experiment management in teacher’s part as well as experimental, case management in student’s part during practical teaching management process which plays a significant role in university’s teaching management training. In the meanwhile, according to the execution of the entire training, student’s performance management is realized to facilitate school to grasp the overall situation of the training of students which is better accomplish the process of rural credit cooperatives credit practical teaching.The implement and application of system basicly meets the needs of practical teaching, effectively handling the practical teaching management, making the entire credit practical teaching work easier, releasing the burden of teacher’s and student’s, improving teaching efficiency, providing an important quality of teaching’s reference data for university’s manager which provides data base for leaders to develop the next step of the practice teaching plans.
