Human resources management system is an indispensable part of a business unit, isto adapt to the modern enterprise system, promote corporate human resourcesmanagement to the necessary condition of scientific, standardized, automated. Its contentsare essential for policy makers and managers of enterprises, so design one to meet themanagement system for enterprise development is very important, the most urgent task ofthe modern enterprise management.Designed in this paper is the development of a WEB-based Human ResourceManagement System, ASP.NET development, and the system’s overall developmentstrategy to do a comprehensive explanation. Human resources management system, raisedsome questions on domestic and international development of human resourcesmanagement system is described, followed by a detailed explanation of the overall designof the system, the system of personnel management, the department management,attendance management, salary management, rights management, system management ofseveral modules, personnel management information of employees, management,processing of basic employee information, sector management of the department’sresources, the nature of the department, the department the internal adjustment, attendancemanagement is to manage time and attendance information for employees, he will beinvolved in the salaries, staff assessment, rights management is divided into three kinds ofsuper administrator, department manager, the general staff, while the distribution of theprivileges of the talks, the scope of management for each permission, how to controlpermissions to use UML modeling, the establishment of a system of business processesinto a lot of human resource management system on the basis of the original new ideas, tomake the system do more humane, and finally the system to achieve analysis, articles, andfinally the system is inadequate analysis and vision for the future.Through the integration of new ideas into the system to make the system more in linewith the management of enterprises, but also greatly improve the efficiency of humanresource management.
