At the same time, let the information of engine room and user’s Fund Information be stored in the database so as to inquire about the historical information, sorting out and counting the information data, finally to improve efficiency and quality of public computer rooms managing system, achieving the standard of standardization, refinement and automation in computer rooms’management.Therefore, my thesis is aimed at researching and designing this information system for the public computer rooms’managing system The main research contents and results include the following aspects:1. Do research about related technologies of the management system developed for the public, including database technology, Web technology and UML modeling techniques, through which to lay a foundation for the technical solutions for system design and research as well as choose an appropriate technical solution of this article.2. Conduct a comprehensive and systematic research for the public computer rooms’managing system to meet the user’s needs, including the system of business processes, systems, user role, function of the system use cases, the system’s functional requirements, the system’s database requirements, the system’s non-functional requirements and system feasibility and other aspects. Through the analysis of system requirements, I can clearly define the goals and direction of the thesis so that the basis for the subsequent system design and implementation can be provided.3. Research into the design ideas and methods of the public computer rooms’managing system, including the overall system architecture, system software level design, the definition of the system’s various functional modules and system database design and other aspects. The research will be done according to the top-down design methodology, the overall functional requirements from the system. And from the functional point of the system it is divided into a number of functional modules, while from the point of business logic layer, it is divided into a number of layers of software; Then do further design for each function modules. Through the design of technical solutions, it will provide a way for the subsequent implementation.4. To implement the use of the public computer rooms’managing system To achieve that, from the bottom to top method will be used. Also it must be done according to the previous division of functional modules, starting from the various functional modules, and the implementation of a single module.
