Research And Analysis On Equipment Maintenance Management System Of Student Computer Room In Ningbo Vocational Education Technology Center

The construction and maintenance for public student computer rooms are essential basis of normal operating educational informationization. It is one of the important key factors that we scientific manage public student computer rooms to good teaching computer specialty. Ningbo Vocational Education Center School has the most computer courses and computer rooms in Ningbo vocational senior high schools. There are12common computer rooms,8specialty computer rooms. So we have760PCs in all. The major teaching place of computer courses are in computer rooms in our school. For this reason, it is the most significant that computer rooms are continue functioning. In order to improve maintenance efficiency, standardize the maintenance procedures of computer rooms, we designed and developed the maintenance management system of computer rooms of Ningbo Vocational Education Center School.In this article, we illustrate the importance of the maintenance management system of research background, research purposes and research significance in Ningbo Vocational Education Center School. Also we doped out several solutions to the problems. This article carries on demand analysis of Report Breakdown, Fault Diagnosis, Fault Handling, Purchase Spare Parts, and Inventory Control.
