The Public Computer Room Management System Based On Cscw Research And Implementation

The Computer supported cooperative work (CSCW) has been widely used in office automation, industrial design, distance education, electronic commerce, military and many other fields. This article is based on the management and operation features of the public computer room, using CSCW technology and the greedy algorithm, designed and implemented a public computer room management system based on CSCW.This paper analyzed and reviewed the theory and technology of CSCW, studied the application of CSCW technology in the public computer room management, discussed the key technology of the public computer room management system for collaborative work; analyzed the situation of the public computer room course scheduling problem and the existing problems, compares several common course scheduling algorithm, analyzed the hard constraints and the soft constraints of the course scheduling problem in the public computer room, constructed a mathematical model of it, used the greedy algorithm to solve, and studied the specific solution; requirements of the manager and user in the public computer room are analyzed, researched the system structure of the public computer room management system, and designed the function module of it; selected a development platform, designed the underlying database of the system, studied the specific methods and the key problem to implement the system, and tested the function and the stability of the system.The system can save employee time and employee energy, enhance the quality and efficiency of the computer room management work, avoid all kinds of problems, ensure the computer room work normally.
