Research And Analysis On The Information System Of Public Computer Room Equipment And Machine Examination In Zhejiang Industrial And Commercial Vocational And Technical College

Nowadays, most universities and colleges have set opening computer rooms. A inside opening computer rooms can provide a healthy environment for students, and also can be used for computer skill test. But now most colleges don’t have professional management system for their opening computer room, and some colleges start to develop a small, practical opening computer room manage system.This paper research a opening computer room management system based on object-oriented method. The paper first introduces the development of similar systems at home and abroad, and ensure the research target and the general work.This paper research the daily process of opening computer room of the Zhejiang Business Technology Institute. According to the research, it takes a general requirements analysis and optimizes the processes. By using OOD method and tool, builds the use cases, including free computer practice management, computer test management, equipment management, maintenance management, data management, basic information management and system management.It divides the users to 7 roles, they are computer center manager, computer room operator, equipment keeper, computer center secretary, external user, internal user and administrator. Then it confirms the various roles in each business module, design the main use cases and second phase cases. Corresponding to the main case, design interface class, corresponding to the second case design control class, and design the function entity class. Then, according to the function to deal with the data analysis of the relationship between the entity class, database table structure is established.
