With fast development of modern society, computer and information networks are used in many field in the world and becoming more and more important than ever before, the safety of computer and information networks has became one urgent aspects of state and society at the same time.The goal of the thesis is to explore and research the relevant theories of safety, to analyze the realistic situation of computer and information networks in our country and absorb the wonderful experience about the management in other countries, especially in modern countries so as to build up our safety management system for police group. In China, police as the major public safety management organ, they should do protect the computer networks safety, especially for the safety of Internet. As a cyberpoliceman, so the writer, combined with his real experience in safety management on computer and Internet, tell weak points of our network and the way to protect the basic infrastructure of the network and how to defense the hacker and computer crimes on the Internet. At the same time, by the good experiences from his management, he put out that we should set up a comprehensive mechanism to deal with more and more serious criminal cases about the computer and Internet, including building up the law enforcement system, monitoring and supervising the safety management of every units, organizing some social organizations, like the institute of network safety, to create atmosphere of managing networks safety, and set up basic and self standards for the our networks infrastructure. Trying to realize those aspects, we have to enhance the standards of our police management on networks safety, and strengthen our cyberpolice group from the amount of police officers to the technological skills and quality of cyberpolice.
