Since2008, when the country adopted the public museum open free of charge policy, the museum’s visitor volume increased gradually. The museum carried out various education activities and strengthen the infrastructure construction to better reflect education function and improve the quality of service. But the survey found that the museum education learning activities still have some problems. There are mainly:1) Many visitors do not understand the museum exhibits before visiting, after visit the harvest is low;2) In the aspect of the theory lack effective learning model to guide the audience;3) Entity museum limited by the opening time and the museum location, let the audience can’t access to the museum anytime anywhere.4) Existing museum website mainly do News and information release, introduce the resources of museum is incomplete and so on. To solve above problems, this paper puts forward to carry out the museum education mobile learning activity based on mobile devices, and build instructional design model of the activity to provide clearly theoretical guidance for the audience, help the audience "tour", enhance the audience’s "experience", optimization of learning results at last. In this paper, the main work is as follows:1) Research the present situation of the museum education learning activities. First of all, according to the related research to analysis the at home and abroad literature analysis status, and then through the questionnaire survey, participatory observation, interviews and other methods to understand the problems existing in the museum education learning activities, audience have mobile devices and usage situation, the audience altitude to the museum education learning activities based on mobile devices.2) To build the museum education instructional design model of mobile learning activit y. This study is based on the ADDIE instructional design model and MLADM put forward ed by professor Huang Ronghuai from Beijing normal university, According to the characte ristics of the museum and mobile learning to build the museum education instructional desi gn model of mobile learning activity, The instructional design model includes five parts:t he analysis of learners, learning environment design, learning support design, the learning a ctivity design and evaluation design.3) The development of Chongqing Red Crag revolution history museum education mobile learning system.In this study instructional design principles:focus on learners, pay attention to learning content design, pay attention to the situation and set up evaluation mechanism as the instruction, construct the Chongqing Red Crag revolution history museum education mobile learning system.4) The application research of instructional design model. Firstly, pretest the evaluation scale and analysis the result, and then modify the evaluation scale. Through the experimental control group quasi-experimental method, questionnaire survey method, interview method to validated the feasibility and effectiveness of the instructional design model, and use SPSS statistical software to do t-test analysis on the experimental data.Studies have shown that the museum education instructional design model of mobile learning activities plays an important role in guide the audience in the mobile learning of museum education, effectively help the audience to "depth visit", enhance the audience’s experience, and improve the effect of the audience visit learning. The instructional design model of this study enriched the museum education theory, this is also an effective exploration on how to develop mobile learning activity of museum, how to promote the museum audience learning effect. Provide reference to mobile learning activities carry out model research. Take a beneficial attempt to the expanded research field of education technology.
