In this paper, the AP hardware design based on QCA9550processing chip, realize fast, reliable and efficient wireless access, the highest can be up to450MBPS data transmission rate. Paper research content including circuit design, signal integrity analysis and electromagnetic compatibility, and through systematic test, verifies the correctness of the research content.Paper hardware design architecture be divided into lightning protection circuit, POE power supply, the system circuit three modules.Lightning protection design makes the AP can be used in outdoor base station, to avoid the thunderstorm season outdoor AP damage,make users cannot access.POE design follow802.3AT standard, through the Ethernet port power supply,does not need to DC power supply, reduce the accessories, greatly reduce the complexity.System circuit design take peripheral chip interconnection, achieve the goal of the AP functions.Paper signal integrity and electromagnetic compatibility design is the essence of hardware design.Through signal integrity principle analysis and simulation,design right and good signal, make the system stable work. Consider the design, electromagnetic compatibility problems from several aspects, for equipment or system stable work in the electromagnetic environment,and Not produce intolerable electromagnetic interference.
