Research On Technology Of3D Design Plateform For Enterprise Application

The popular CAD softwares are very powerful,but most of them are Commercialization and universalization. There are lots of problems when used in some customizing enterprises. Doing some research on the professional and localizable platform is of great significance.The history and the importance of CAD were introduced and the significance of Secondary-development of the CAD was being analysis in this paper. SolidWorks was chosed as a base platform, VisualStudio2008was used to study the theory and key technologies of the Secondary-development of SolidWorks. Aim at the questions of enterprise, the function requirement was proposed. Through the Secondary-development of SolidWorks, a system platform was built to solve these problems. At last some function appreciation of the system platform was developed:(1) Design and checking function of bolts:The design calculation and the checking calculation of bolts will become more convenient and faster. Based on the calculation result, the model of gusset plates will be builded intelligently.(2) Intelligent assembling function of thread-fasteners: Based on the connect type, the thread-fasteners’3D model will be built and the thread-fasteners will be assembled automatically. And the parts’ file will be named and saved automatically.(3) Building function of engineering drawing template: The engineering drawing template will be build based on the demand of the user and the drawing property can be settled based on the requirement of the GB.The above function appreciation will cut the designers’ workload, improve the quality of products and shorten the development cycle of the products design. In addition, the technology of the Secondary-development of SolidWorks was researched initially. The research of this paper lays a good foundation for the function expand and development of the platform.
