With the traditional manufacturing industries transformation and upgrade,the standards were designed by mechanical equipment in different fields.After standardization is established,the products become more and more complex.It is necessary to strengthen the document management of these complex assembly models in the design process so that the secondary design of subsequent products can be designed easier.At the same time,consumers have put forward higher requirements for product individuation and diversification.It is necessary to improve design efficiency in manufacturing industry so that the large-scale personalized customization and series production of non-standard equipment will achieve better.The advantages and disadvantages of the automatic assembly and parameterized design which designed for the secondary development of SolidWorks software at home and abroad are analyzed and compared in this paper.Based on these functions,the lightweight model is established to store relevant information in the database for subsequent review and calculation.To design and develop the automatic assembly and parameterized design,external sheet metal model of the mold clamping mechanism for the injection molding machine is used as the example.Then the developed functions in this paper is used to carry out non-standard design of sheet metal.To get the series design method about micro-injection device,the characteristics of the disc plasticizing device is analyzed.The main content of this paper are as follows:(1)To design the automatic assembly function.Access is used to be the background database to characterize the assembly process of the assembly,VB.NET is used to transfer the assembly data in the database to SolidWorks.According to the top-down design method,VB.NET is used to be the secondary development of SolidWorks to design non-standard design features.(2)To meet the static stability requirements of non-standard sheet metal,non-standard design functions that belong to the external mold clamping mechanism for injection molding machine which combining the ideas of automatic assembly and non-standard design functions is proposed.(3)The injection capacity is used as a serialization parameter,to propose the design scheme for series design of the micro dissipation device of the disc according to the characteristics of the disc-type plasticizing device.An orthogonal test was designed and POLYFLOW was used to simulate the velocity field.(4)According to the simulation results,apply the regression analysis to establish the corresponding mathematical model,combine the automatic assembly and non-standard design functions to serialize the design of the plasticizing device of the grinding plate,and achieve the effect of automatically generating the target plasticizing device by inputting the plasticizing amount.Complete the series design of the disc plasticizing device...
