| With the global economic integration and the rapid development of science andtechnology, the upgrading of products is becoming faster, and the life cycles continueto shorten. In this case, more and more products are showing characteristics of theperishable product. Compared to normal products, perishable products have a strongtimeliness. As a result, any poor management for these products may induce a largeeconomic loss and would bury security risk for the commodities (especially for food).Inventory is an important component for supply chain management, but itsinaccuracies exist widely in the supply chain and make a serious impact on theperformance improvement of perishable product supply chain. In the continuousresearch process of perishable products inventory Optimization Strategies, theemerging radio frequency identification technology (Radio Frequency Identification,RFID) has become a popular technology in supply chain management, and played arevolutionary role supply chain inventory coordination optimization. Therefore, howto coordinate each enterprise of the perishable product supply chain to improvesupply chain performance, through using RFID technology, has an importantsignificance.The paper focuses on the research of perishable product inventory collaborativeoptimization based on RFID, and the main contents are as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of inventory uncertainty causes in the supply chain,deeply analyze the important influence of inventory inaccuracies for perishable goodssupply chain. Then, it explores which uncertainties can be reduce or eliminate byRFID technology.(2) In the classic newsboy model, the paper proposed perishable goods supplychain inventory collaboration optimization strategy in the single-level network. Thenpaper builds the inventory coordination optimization model of multi-level networksbased on the model in single-level network, further explore the inventory synergiesoptimization strategy among different levels.(3)Take apparel supply chain for example, the paper studies inventorycollaborative processing framework based RFID for intelligent supply chain on thebasis of supply chain operations reference model (SCOR), and builds RFIDimplementation model of apparel supply chain. Finally, paper draws thedecision-making criteria about RFID implementation through building RFID ROI model, which has some practical value. |
