Joint Replenishment Problem And Cost Sharing Scheme Design For Perishable Products With Time-varying Deterioration Rate

In practice,unreasonable inventory management of perishable products may lead to excessive inventory costs.It is an effective strategy for enterprises to improve the quality of perishable products and reduce the replenishment cost to realize small batch and multi-batch replenishment through joint replenishment.Therefore,in order to realize the cooperative replenishment to reduce the total inventory cost,the research on the joint replenishment and cooperative cost sharing of perishable retailers has important practical significance and broad application prospects.In order to carry out the joint replenishment strategy,by considering the linear deterioration rate and different demand scenarios,a joint replenishment model of perishable products with multiple retailers is established,and retailers form cooperative alliances for joint replenishment,thus achieving the purpose of reducing the total cost per unit time.Because the joint replenishment problem has the combinatorial nature and belongs to NP-hard problem,genetic algorithm is used to solve the problem.Then,the cooperative game method is used to analyze the general nature of joint replenishment cost game,and the scheme of cost allocation according to Shapley value is given.Finally,the subadditivity of the joint replenishment cost and the Shapley allocation scheme are verified by numerical experiments,and the sensitivity of the parameters of the joint replenishment model is analyzed by single factor method.Through theoretical model and numerical analysis,considering that the deterioration rate increases with time,perishable retailers can save costs by carrying out joint replenishment through the cooperative alliance,and the grand alliance is optimal,and no enterprise has the incentive to leave the cooperative alliance.Joint replenishment enables retailers to shorten the replenishment cycle,improve inventory turnover,maintain product freshness,and reduce inventory costs and spoilage costs.
