In recent years, the expansion of market demand has led to the rapid development of the perishable products industry. However, the timeliness of the products and the uncertainty of demand have made it more difficult to schedule some parts of the perishable supply chain. At the same time, the "double carbon" policy has put pressure on perishables companies to protect the environment. Therefore, how to actively respond to the change of environmental policy and effectively integrate production inventory and distribution links is a hot issue in perishable supply chain research. At the same time, the integrated optimization decision of productioninventory-distribution considering carbon emissions has certain practical guiding significance for perishable products enterprises to reduce supply chain costs and respond to the expansion of carbon emission reduction policies in advance. The perishable supply chain network of a company is taken as the research object. An integrated supply chain optimization scheme is proposed.Firstly, vendor managed inventory mechanism is established to make supply chain information transparent and redesign the supply chain process.(t,R,S)inventory replenishment strategy is developed.Secondly, the whole process of perishable products from production, inventory to distribution, its various costs and the main sources of carbon emissions are analyzed. The value loss cost is set to constrain the batch production sequence and product production sequence. An integrated supply chain optimization model for a company considering carbon emissions in a multi-cycle environment is developed.Thirdly,an improved bacterial foraging algorithm is designed to improve the scheme accuracy and convergence speed of the algorithm by introducing adaptive step size mechanism, integrated learning mechanism, effective control mechanism of the scheme and distributed replication mechanism, and test the performance of the improved algorithm. Finally, based on the actual data of the enterprise, the production-inventory-distribution scheme that minimizes the total cost of the supply chain in the planning period is solved in the software.Sensitivity analysis of carbon quota and carbon trading price is carried out.The effectiveness of the scheme and the superiority of the algorithm are verified by comparison. The integrated supply chain optimization scheme considering carbon emissions proposed in this paper enables companies to reduce carbon emissions while planning production rationally, planning distribution routes scientifically, and controlling customer inventories effectively, and controlling customer inventory effectively. The application of this scheme reduced the carbon emission of a company by 13.30% and the total cost of supply chain by 11.21%.The conclusion of the scheme has certain practical guiding significance for a company to make joint decision of production-distribution decision of low-carbon supply chain.
